Our diverse team of engineers, scientists, and analysts allows HHNT to provide clients with the tailor‐made solutions to their environmental design, permitting and consulting needs they have come to expect. We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented executive assistant to join a well-respected and established company in the Middle Georgia community with offices throughout the U.S. you will be accountable to the Office Manager and the President of the Company. You will perform, support, and coordinate various assignments as directed by the company goals. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. To do this role properly you should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe, be able to communicate effectively internally and externally, be extremely fast at solving problems, have experience building relationships across the team. Responsibilities may include: · Developing and maintaining spreadsheets/charts · Preparing reports · Updating databases as needed (Document Locator and Chaos) · Maintaining and coordinating calendar, including scheduling of appointments & meetings · Supporting all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings · Ensure file organization based on office protocol · Full executive support with the engineering and technical staff · Screening incoming calls and correspondence · Be knowledgeable in scheduling conference calls utilizing Microsoft Teams · Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials including technical reports and zoning applications, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines · Be familiar with basic mailing options and requisites- USPS, Fed Ex etc Preferred Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience · Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills · Ability to multitask · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: executive assistant: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greenville, SC 29607
