Job Summary The CRM & Email Marketing Specialist plays a critical digital marketing operational and analytical role, leveraging expertise in Salesforce and marketing strategy to continually drive sales and marketing transformation for the entire Prisma Health System. They will be responsible for the management and execution of loyalty email and SMS campaigns on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate demonstrates understanding of email strategy and uses insights to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness. The role will require a mix of analytics, project management, and ability to execute and assess the performance of campaigns. Must be able to design and implement email campaigns for enhanced user experience. Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the Executive Director to implement new CRM platform. 30% Establish a strong understanding of the interests and behaviors of customer segments to build a foundation of user insights to produce actional recommendations for growing engagement within each segment. 20% Works with strategy and content manager to define, execute and optimize CRM strategies for contact segmentation and lifecycle targets to optimize consumer engagement, loyalty, acquisition, retention and personalization. 20% Oversee the monitoring of KPIs and ROI, produce and communicate insights, and make course corrections as needed to drive core business metrics. 10% Collaborate with strategy and content teams, as well as senior leaders of business units and other system stakeholders to deliver CRM campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives. 10% Work alongside digital marketing team members, senior marketing managers and the CRM Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies that optimize consumer engagement, loyalty, acquisition, retention and personalization. 10% Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, quantitative or related field Minimum Experience 10 years of relevant marketing, CRM, consumer journey experience In lieu of the experience and/or educational requirements indicated above the following combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered an equivalent substitution: Five years of experience with a Master's Degree Knowledge, Skills or Abilities CRM Platform - Required Proficient in Excell - Required SEO Optimization - Required Experience with analytics technologies, platforms and solutions across marketing, business and media spectrums.
