Parkway Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a dental assistant who is interested in the preventative and restorative aspects of dentistry. Duties - Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Complete dental prophys for children - Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments and equipment - Take dental x-rays - Perform dental charting and documentation - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - X-ray certification - Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Strong patient assessment skills - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to patients.
