What your future day will look like:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute document control tasks and project procurement workflow tasks
• Develop and prepare RFQ, coordinate PO issuance, prepare and proofread documents, and track deliverables
• Track shop drawings, provide employee access to client folders, and run purchasing reports

Type: Temp to hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Associate Degree in business or computer science preferred
• Ability to pass background and drug test
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience in Deltek/Vantage Point, SharePoint and MSProject a plus!
