• Summary:
• Completing high-quality grooms in a timely fashion
• Adhering to clients instructions of pet styling
• Ability to groom dogs in breed specific styles (more than just shave downs)
• Keeping a clean/sanitized station & grooming tools; completing daily opening/closing tasks
• Providing exceptional client experiences
• Special precautions for puppies, aged, and disabled pets
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining pet records by documenting/reporting any information regarding a pet/services
• Immediate response in line with policies and procedures in the case of a pet emergency
• MUST be reliable and responsible
• Qualifications/Education
• Required: 2+ years of pet grooming experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Preferred: Pet Grooming certification/course completion. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision and/or delegation
• Ability to work under stress and with highly anxious pets
• Reliable scheduling
