Full-Time Job Details Description About the Role – You Will:  Assemble or produce component parts into completed units while maintaining a quality standard.  Team member will need to perform adjustments, setups, and troubleshooting of equipment.   Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly: Safety, quality, production, and housekeeping (5S requirements).  Follow all quality and process standards and guidelines; Inspect work to ensure compliance.  Inspect parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, check fixtures, or other inspection equipment.  Identify abnormalities in the assembly process and help develop solutions.  Engage in continuous improvement activities. Excellent English, verbal and written, skills.   Your Experience Includes  High School Diploma or equivalent  1 to 3 years of experience in high volume assembly manufacturing.  Experience in electro-mechanical assembly preferred.  1 to 3 years’ experience in running automated equipment preferred.  Familiar with Torque Tools, and other hand tools: Wrench’s, Wire Strippers, Screwdrivers, and drills. Ability to Follow Work Instructions. Physical Demands:   May work various shifts as needed; may be requested to travel to different locations.  Lifting-up to 50 pounds.  Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces. For scheduled Shift 8-10 hours. Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color variations, depth perceptions and close or distance visual items.  Manual dexterity with occasional repetitive finger motion.             Environmental Demands:   Ability to work in manufacturing environment with extreme heat and cold conditions.  Wear protective clothing or respiratory protective equipment and all required PPE.
