PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist on behalf of our client in Fountain Inn, SC.
The Sales Support Specialist should be computer savvy, detailed and organized. This individual is expected to work with the sales team and support them through administrative activities. Looking for individuals who value customer service, and those individuals and families serving our county through their military service.
The Sales Support Specialist will perform the following duties:
• Support the inside sales team through administrative activities like generating reports, and issuing credits
• Understanding inside sales team needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Assist in maintaining a database of current and potential leads
• Communicate as needed with customers via phone and email.
• Resolve customer concerns using company protocol and procedures
• Process and resolve customer’s returns within return policy guidelines
• Review existing orders for potential discrepancies
• Ability to work within a team environment to achieve department goals
The Sales Support Specialist will have the following experience: • Strong computer & phone skills are required
• Prefer past military service or strong connection and understanding of military terminology
• Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs and desires
• Must be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
• Highly organized, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type over 40 WPM
