TWC Services seeks an enthusiastic person with strong computer and organizational skills! The Accounts Receivable Specialist collects payments for customer invoices, processes credit cards and manages workflows in an accurate and effective manner while supporting internal and external customers with an outstanding level of customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Previous collections experience preferred
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Strong computer skills - specifically Microsoft Office programs
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
