DISTRICT MANAGER QUICK SERVICE / FAST FOOD RESTAURANT $75,000 to $90,000 + Generous Bonus + Allowances Are you someone who would be interested in working for an award-winning quick serve / fast food franchisees? A franchisee that has hundreds of locations under multiple banners and financially secure. We are looking for an experienced District Manager (AKA: District Leader, Area Supervisor, Area Coach, or a similarly-titled multi-unit management title) ready to be a part of an exciting multi-state organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district.
• Ensure all stores meet the company's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive sales growth and profitability within the district.
• Hire, train, and develop store managers and staff.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and support.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
Requirements: The successful candidate is the one that best meets these requirements.
• 3 to 5 years as in a similar capacity at a quick serve, fast casual, or fast food restaurant chain.
• Current responsibility for at least 5 locations.
• Experience with a drive-thru window.
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years, unless the result of COVID, store closings, or change of ownership.
• Experience with a dining room (self-serve or staff serviced).
• Ability to articulate personal and team success stories.
