Compensation: $65,400 - $88,500 plus profit sharing bonuses.
Location: Minneapolis, KS or Sidney, NE office (dependent on candidate’s location)

This role will serve as a leader for evaluating business requirements, analyzing business outcomes, recommending process improvements, and ensuring the successful follow-through of business improvement initiatives. A successful incumbent will bring a results-orientation, be ready to think outside the box, listen actively to the input of stakeholders, and enable our leadership team to see trends and draw inferences from what is otherwise a complex business, encompassing tens of thousands of products, customers, and a wide array of market channels and end markets. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Evaluate competing requirements across teams to align tools and solutions to "highest and best use."
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights into trends, patterns, and opportunities. Create and document success targets to provide teams insight to impact and implementation of efforts.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to best practices around process documentation and roll-out in all impacted departments.
• Collaborate with teams to implement global enhancements that support the overall profitability, scalability, sustainability and wellness of the organization.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management including but not limited to project charters, Return-on-Investment forecasts, post-project evaluations and follow up, and support of newly implemented projects. Encourage accountability on deliverables related to cross functional efforts.
Ideal Qualifications:
• Proven Organizational Change Management experience, experience managing projects, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant fields is beneficial, not required.
• Excellent time management and problem resolution skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Internal sense of customer service and team play.
• Elevated literacy in Microsoft Office programs. Expert level Excel skills required.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or similar platforms.
• Ability to think 'on your feet' and react to stakeholder inquiries appropriately.
• Extensive learning agility and a strong desire to learn new skills.
• Ability to work at a desk full-time.
Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment. Occasionally, the candidate will work in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates. This environment includes exposure to high temperatures, moving machinery, moving equipment, heights, and confined spaces.
