Miller Brother Staffing Lancaster has the immediate need of an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman.
Pay Rate – $50K-$80K/based on experience
Shift: 1 st Shift – Hours will vary based on projects
Overtime: yes, potential – salaried position

Position Summary
To provide leadership and assist the crew to install duct work, HVAC equipment, hoods, and diffusers.
Key Result Areas • Manages projects by delivering exceptional quality according to project schedule and within budget
• Maintains the highest levels of client satisfaction, displays unquestionable integrity and promotes the interests of the company
Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Follow blueprints or other design specifications to install HVAC systems.
• Coordinate man-power needs with HVAC Supervisor to complete projects on schedule.
• Produce As-Built drawings & closeout packages for each project.
• Turn in all parts receipts, packing slips, contracts, and invoices daily.
• Implementation of safety program and goals.
• Measure duct work and order tie-in pieces.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, and work off lifts.
• Perform start-up on new installs
Qualifications • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
• HVAC / EPA certificate required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (MVR background check)
• OSHA 10-hour training (preferred)
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
