Position: Physical Therapist O Locations: Multiple Locations in Ohio (Wilmington, Cincinnati, Dayton, Hilliard)
Contract Duration: 14 weeks contract with a possibility of extension.
Openings: 6
Pay Rate: up to $55/hr (Travel candidates only outside 50 mile radius)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 8 hours Day Shift

Wilmington Location Requirements.: Pay rate up to $50/hr
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Will accept First Time Travelers?yes
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Float to other clinics: no
• Patient Population: Ortho, sports, post op
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
Cincinnati Location Requirements.
Physical Therapist Assistant:  Pay rate up to $32/hr
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Float to other clinics: yes
• Patient Population:Ortho, post ops, sports
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
Physical Therapist: Pay rate up $48.50/hr
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Will accept First Time Travelers? YES
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Float to other clinics: No
• Patient Population: Outpatient
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
Dayton Location Requirement:
Physical Therapist Assistant: Pay rate up to $35/hr.
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Will accept First Time Travelers?
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Float to other clinics:
• Patient Population:
