A growing roll off dumpster provider company, is hiring a General Manager to join its team in Greenville, SC.
As the General Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s overall sales, operational and financial functions. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving results.

Job Duties:
• Develop, grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships
• Provide oversight of drivers and other support personnel, truck and container maintenance, limited invoicing, marketing, safety and compliance
• Build vendor and partner relationship with landfills, tire, fleet maintenance and welding partners
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the team with regular communication, dispatching, and human resources
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a sales & leadership capacity
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate’s degree required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have great communication skills and ability to multitask
• Must be comfortable working in construction related areas
