VocoVision and Sunbelt Staffing are currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists tojoin our growing team as anIndependently-Contracted for a remote school role!
Position: Fully Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Availability: Full-time or Part-time (based on caseload)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) foreach student's unique needs and goals.
-Provide therapy sessions for students in a school setting, targeting speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate students' progress and address communication challenges effectively.
- Maintain accuratedocumentation of student progress and session notes.
- Utilize technology to engage students during virtual therapy sessions.
- Stay up-to-date withthe latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Hold active Kentuckycertification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Possess ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and technology.
