Reputable contactor, specializing in spray foam, weather barrier, fire barrier, basement waterproof coatings and roofing, has an opportunity for you to contribute to the strategic development of this organization. We are seeking an experienced estimator to assess costs, and prepare quotes, interpret drawings and specification, develop scope of work required to price and bid project, and identify all requirements of the bid process, the project specifications, and the labor. For consideration, you must have experience in insulation, spray foam, and/or roofing estimation.

Essential Responsibilities
Estimating all facets of the bidding process
Interpret project specifications and plans to determine scope of the work required for each project.
Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and accurate project quantity take-offs.
Prepare bids by accurately calculating labor and material costs, time requirements and setbacks.
Monitor on-going jobs to ensure labor, material and profit goals are continuously being met.
Must attend Project Closeout meetings (part of incentive program).
Essential Qualifications:
Experience in Construction Management or related field
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Possess a current driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) including strong follow-up communication skills.
Experience With Construction Software Is Preferred.
Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications.
Thorough understanding of commercial and residential processes and terminology
Problem solving, motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
