What Will You Do?
As an FAA Repair Technician with FlexTrades, you will work for clients who manufacture and rebuild a variety of components for defense/aerospace, automotive, medical applications among many others.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Disassemble and assemble electromechanical assemblies as generators, GCUs, etc. for upgrades, overhauls or repairs
• Be able to read Maintenance manual service bulletins, Tech Data Sheets, and OEM Blueprints
• Be able to do advanced test functions/ troubleshooting per Acceptance Test Procedures
• Determine failure cause and write failure analysis.
• Use microscope, and simple machines (lathes, drill presses, induction heating systems) to remove or reinstall mating parts, and balance machines.
• Must be Solder Certified
• Visual acuity and color perception eye exam required
• Must know how to Safety wire
Pay & Benefits
• Pay: Range is $38-$42/hour
• Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
• Access to a full suite of benefits
• Paid travel expenses to and from job sites (Mileage Reimbursed at $0.67/mile)
• Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
• Per diem ($45/day)
• Flexibility to take time off between assignments

Additional Qualifications For The Role Include
• Ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision
• Ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50+ hours/week)
• There are no minimum education requirements for this role
• Must meet drug test requirements
