Sushi Chef Responsibilities
• Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
• Inspecting the quality of products used for sushi dishes
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use
• Greeting and having guest interaction
Sushi Chef Requirements
• Prior experience making sushi is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience.
• Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes is a plus.
• The ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
