Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate campaign repair work on Class 8 trucks.
• Daily reporting to program team.
• Active Participation in weekly internal campaign meetings (CRM).
• Overall responsible for managing CRR internal campaigns.
• Responsible to coordinate material receiving for each campaign from GSO to GTO.
• Responsible to coordinate trucks availability to right location to start the campaign.
• Working closely with GSO Campaign Coordinator to track and report campaigns completion status. Reports of any issues on in-progress campaigns so the right support can be requested.
• Create and document campaigns on legacy product including offline instructions.
• Stay in touch with third parties doing offsite programming to ensure trucks are blocked and released in a timely manner.
Qualifications
• Located on-site at New River Valley Plant in Dublin, VA daily for duration of assignment.
• Able to walk long distances indoor and outdoor (including in inclement weather)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Prior experience with Volvo Group or other manufacturing group desired
• Good knowledge of Jira application to follow each campaign action plan to ensure the products are updated per the desired request.
• Good knowledge on Volvo internal systems for parts and products desired. Eg. Co-pilot, EDB
