13 weeks | Days| 8-10-hour shift | 40 hours with 24 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience/Education/Qualification
Experience:
• SNF experience preferred
• Rehab Optima experience preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration
• An active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license from VA State
Shift: Days , Open to a flexible schedule. ASAP. 80% Productivity.
