We are a dentist recruiting company, partnering with a well-established private office in search of a skilled dentist. Due to the relocation of their current associate, we are seeking an experienced dentist to join their team. With over 30 years of experience, this office has built a strong reputation in the community. They have a loyal patient base and consistently attract new patients each month.
Job Responsibilities
As a dentist in this role, you will be expected to work 4 days a week, with 2 days at the main office and 2 days in Floyd, Virginia. The office operates during regular business hours with no nights or weekends required. You will be performing general bread and butter procedures, and advanced procedures are a plus but not necessary. The office primarily accepts fee-for-service and some PPO plans, with no HMOs or Medicaid.
Benefits And Compensation
We are offering a competitive daily guarantee or percentage of collections, ensuring a fair compensation package. Additionally, the office provides a generous 30K Sign-On bonus for those interested in a 3-year agreement. While a 3-year commitment is not required, this incentive is available to interested dentists. Other benefits include health insurance, a 401K plan, a 5K continuing education stipend, 100% malpractice coverage, and coverage of all lab fees.
Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
• Valid state license to practice dentistry
• CPR certification
• Proven experience working in a dental practice
• Proficiency in using various dental instruments and equipment
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Effective communication skills
