Team Lead needed on 3rd Shift! (Lead Experience Required)
MUST have previous Manufacturing TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE! OpSource has partnered with an Automotive Quality Inspection company located in Piedmont, SC
Salary: From $17.00 per hour Shift: 9:45p- 7:15a Sunday- Thursday (Friday if needed) Core Responsibilities:
• Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility
• Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a supervisor
• Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)
• Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs
• Provide on the job training for any new work instructions when applicable Qualifications: (Training, Education, Past Experience)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
