**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.
**Duties:**
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Restocking supplies as needed
**Skills:**
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with schematics for mechanical systems
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Experience in refrigeration systems (HVAC/R)
- Ability to maintain and service various equipment
