The Production / Assembly Associate is responsible for tier one level manufacturing of automotive parts.  We are seeking a reliable worker, who will thrive in a fast-paced team centered environment. The Production / Assembly Associates are a hard-working and vital contributor to our company’s success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings.
Production / Assembly Associate Job Duties:
• Responsible for assembling parts, loading parts into machines, or packing parts for shipment.
• Accurately select parts from pick sheet distinguishing between similar part numbers and comparable parts.
• The Production / Assembly Associate will work with various machines, power tools and processes.
• Will work in both team and in individual roles environments.
• Work in a climate-controlled warehouse.
Production / Assembly Associate Job Requirements:
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to consistently lift 10-15 lbs - occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
• Solid work history - 1 year or more on past jobs preferred.
• Assembly or production experience preferred.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Ability to follow standard work process accurately.
• Must be willing to work overtime based on production requirements/demand. No heads up given.
