JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Drafter in Greenville, SC. Our client is a clean room manufacturer.
Responsibilities of a Drafter¨NBSP;includes:-Prepare the overall project drawing for approval by the client-Prepare manufacturing drawings-Generate laser cutting files-Produce drawing and sketches for fabrication and installation-Actively participate in the design of the various sections of the project (building mechanics, hvac)-Prepare BOM for the purchasing department-Review, inspect, and correct drawing package before production release-Assist with engineering/quality tasks, data tracking, and product inspection.
**Job Requirements of a Drafter:
**-Training in industrial or building drafting or equivalent
-1-2 years of experience in a similar position-Knowledge of Solidworks or 3D drawing-Knowledge of Autocad 2D software is an asset-Knowledge of REVIT software is an asset-Knowledge of manufacturing processes-Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
-Knowledge and experience with sheet metal is an asset
