Full job description
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and field support. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting daily functions/operations within the office and in the field, working directly with QMHPs and individuals receiving services to ensure program efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Fulfill all QMHP responsibilities, including attending all required supervisions
• Meet with direct reports to review needs and provide updates
• Complete weekly metrics, analyze utilization, update roster, and manage reports/spreadsheets
• Communicate daily with other departments and stakeholders
• Ensure coverage for all assigned individuals
• Attend staff meetings as necessary
• Complete daily chart reviews to ensure documentation is submitted and uploaded in a timely manner
• Assist with compliance and audits
• Ensure submission of documentation and communication notes
• Send reminders to QMHPs with outstanding documentation
• Review and communicate concerning progress notes, ensuring timely completion and quality
• Provide case management/quality assurance calls weekly and complete associated survey
• Assist with marketing and managing referrals
• Attend community events
• Assist with recruiting, interviews, retention, and performance evaluations for QMHPs
• Assist with training, shadowing, and providing support for new hires
• Motivate, coach, and support QMHPs
• Enforce Program Policies and Procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of each program and requirements
• Skills and abilities to provide coaching or training on the EHR
• Ability to train new and current employees
• Skills to address employee’s performance concerns
• Ability to enforce program policy and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability and skills to maintain required confidentiality regarding individual case materials in compliance with Human Rights and HIPAA

Experience:
• Behavioral health: 3 years (Preferred)
• management: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
