Apply now to be a part of our dynamic team!What you will doIn partnership with the Product Owner: mentor and coach the team on User Story writing (using the INVEST method), story sizing, and acceptance criteria definition; facilitate the definition of minimal viable product and encourage continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog; facilitates collaboration across teamsHelp the team focus on their commitments for delivery of value and actively protect the team from outside interferencesEnsure team has coaching for and access to common industry practices/tools/techniques for effective Product Vision, Product Discovery, Product Roadmaps, Estimating, Planning, Delivery.Act as the guarantor of Agile practices within your team. Ensure that all necessary Agile meetings are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox, acting as facilitator as neededProactively assist the team in removing obstacles and encourage them to develop norms for addressing barriers. Encourage teams to gather and respond to End User feedback early and often. Leverage Team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate establishing and following Visual Management norms that supports its delivery.
