Apply now to be a part of our dynamic team!What you will doIn partnership with the Product Owner: mentor and coach the team on User Story writing (using the INVEST method), story sizing, and acceptance criteria definition; facilitate the definition of minimal viable product and encourage continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog; facilitates collaboration across teamsHelp the team focus on their commitments for delivery of value and actively protect the team from outside interferencesEnsure team has coaching for and access to common industry practices/tools/techniques for effective Product Vision, Product Discovery, Product Roadmaps, Estimating, Planning, Delivery.Act as the guarantor of Agile practices within your team. Ensure that all necessary Agile meetings are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox, acting as facilitator as neededProactively assist the team in removing obstacles and encourage them to develop norms for addressing barriers. Ensure the team works efficiently and in a mode of continuous improvement.Regularly update and communicate important team performance metrics and improvement results.What you will bring:Ability to create an environment of trust, transparency, and collaboration in the team. Be passionate about customer satisfaction and inspire the team to delight our customers.Coaches members to become a high performing team around delivering in an incremental and iterative manner, using Agile Performance metrics (Lead/Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency, Mean Time to Recovery, Change Success Rate, Velocity). Continually assessing and addressing the team members needs for help and support based on observation of their Agile maturity and performance.Application of Agile Values and Principles and how those translate to practical implementation.Assisting with internal and external team communication, and freely sharing information. Encourage teams to gather and respond to End User feedback early and often. Leverage Team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate establishing and following Visual Management norms that supports its delivery. As needed, coordinate cross-team deliveries requiring resources across teams.Perform Project Management tasks (Project related updates) when applicable.Requirements:Previous Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead experience is preferred (2-4 years)Understanding of common Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Excellent people and organizational skills, including effective communication and presentation abilitiesUnderstanding of the technical activities necessary for IT deliveries, including:solution analysis and design;enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture;systems integration;data conversion and migration;environment management and build processes;deployment planning and execution.Previous experience using Jira Agile, Miro, Online Retro Tools, Planning Poker.CSM, CSPO, ICP-ATF (IC Agile Team Facilitation) or other Agile certification is a plus.#li-rg1#LI-hiringmichelinInspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
