As we continue to expand our clientele, we're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join us on our journey. A Commissioned Sales Representative must have excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on customer relations, meeting the needs of our clients, and the overall sales goals of the Company. Responsibilities: * Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships. * Generating and managing all potential leads for the business in our Hubspot CRM. * Meeting and exceeding all sales goals. * Preparation and completion of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Prepare and present sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. * Coordinating sales efforts with marketing lead, attending standups weekly. * Understanding and promoting company programs. * Maintaining potential lead and existing client information and records in HubSpot CRM. * Be the main point of contact to answer any questions from potential leads and clients about services, pricing, and availability via phone, email and text message. * Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, and potential new products or services. * Travel out of the area which could include overnight travel is expected. As part of our team, you will work 40 hours per week with a competitive compensation range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year. This role offers a remote position with a nationally recognized company, 100% Commission W2 Employee status and training bonuses. As well as paid PTO and Health Care Stipend after 90 days. Skills Strong communication skills Effective negotiation abilities Proficiency in CRM software Achieving sales targets consistently Expertise in customer relationship management Preferred qualifications are as follows: Minimum of Associate degree or two years of lead sales experience. A working knowledge of sales systems and processes. A commitment to excellent customer service. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with teams and build reports with customers, vendors, business leaders, and fellow teammates. Competency in applications including Hubspot, Slack, Trello, Zoom, Excel, and Customer Retention Management (CRM) platforms. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
