Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities - Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders - Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability - Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance activities - Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance needs - Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities - Create and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Review equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand maintenance requirements - Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the maintenance department Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred - Proven experience in maintenance management or industrial maintenance - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical safety regulations - Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking - Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshoot issues - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Experience in fabricating or welding is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
