Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Bank Teller/Data Entry Manager. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the banking industry. Data Entry Manager would be responsible for scanning daily transactions and creating and maintaining customer records. Training would be provided. Duties: - Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments - Assist customers with account inquiries, providing accurate and timely information - Perform cash handling duties, including counting and verifying currency and coins - Utilize financial software to perform debits and credits accurately - Operate teller machines and other banking equipment efficiently and accurately - Adhere to fraud prevention and detection protocols to safeguard customer accounts Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Customer service skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and financial software - Knowledge of financial services products and procedures is helpful - Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection techniques is a plus We offer competitive pay, holiday pay and job flexibility.
