This position is primarily responsible for retrieving pallets of product from overhead storage, fill selection slots while rotating stock, and clearing empty pallets from work area. Classification: Full-time position Supervision Received: Reports to Night Warehouse Foreman Supervision Exercised: None Education: High School Diploma preferred Experience: Forklift experience preferred License or Certification: None FLSA: Non-exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Restock selection slots in accordance with warehouse inventory software. Safely operate Reach Truck and other types of forklifts around other people and machines. Follows safety rules for warehouse. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to learn how to operate various types of equipment including fork lift and scanning technology. Strong reading, communication, and time management skills. Able to safely work in a fast paced work environment. Work well with others. Physical Requirements: The job requires extensive amount of stooping, bending, carrying, kneeling, walking, and moving bulky packages and boxes of heavy materials potentially weighing up to 100lbs. All individuals are required to be able to perform these movements without significant risk of injury to themselves or others, or to otherwise demonstrate or explain how they can perform the essential functions of the job.
