Low Voltage Technician - Fire/Security/Nurse Call Acomplis Technology is currently seeking a Low Voltage Technician - Fire/Security/Nurse Call! Be able to work 35-45 hours per week, with overtime available, as needed. Have strong customer service skills. Have strong communication skills. Desired Technical Skills: Strong IP networking knowledge, including the use of a computer to program and/or troubleshoot. Experience with Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems and IP Camera Systems. Ability to install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures within conduit, raceway and cable tray systems, utilizing proper methods. Ability to read and interpret schematics, maintain as-built drawings, utilizing efficient solutions and procedures. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot using a volt-ohm meter. Knowledge and ability to work with various hand tools. Requirements: HS Diploma or Greater 2-5 Years Industry Experience Ability to obtain Virginia DCJS Electronic Security Technician or Eligible to Complete within 90 Days of Hire Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Clean criminal history On Call Rotating Basis Up to 25% Travel with Per Diem Provided Other benefits such as a company vehicle are dependent on qualifications and position at company’s determination.
