We are a well-established and rapidly growing Design|Build Landscaping Firm with an opening for a Project Foreman to join our team expansion. Our projects are high-end select-bid residential and custom commercial installations. The Project Foreman position covers Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC regions. Pay is $23/hr+ depending on experience. We are a drug-free company. The Project Foreman's role is to manage a crew of 2-3 in the field to achieve outstanding quality on our projects while monitoring the time/budgets set forth by the Company The ideal candidate will have proven success as a Project Foreman in landscape construction, as well as be professional, dedicated, have the ability to delegate tasks(follow through with them and encourage them), and have excellent communication skills. Our operation runs larger multi-phased projects and needs a foreman to have the planning skills to accomplish projects of this scale. Requirements: -High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent -A minimum of 3 years verifiable experience as a foreman in the landscape installation industry -Ability to lift 50 lbs -Read and implement scaled landscape drawings -Excellent organizational skills -Knowledge of OSHA safety standards -Attention to detail -Leadership and training skills -Document teamwork hours -Have valid state-issued Driver's License -Experience safely using heavy equipment(ie Excavator, Skidsteers, Tractors, etc) -Direct activities/tasks of team members -Ability to work in various weather conditions -Reliable and self-motivated -Willingness to teach and learn -Establish work standards set forth by the Company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Overtime Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Construction management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
