Job Description: Administrative Delivery Coordinator Job brief We are looking for a Administrative Delivery Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our customers and employees. Homestead Delivery Coordinator responsibilities include customer representative for our direct delivery customers, managing accounts, maintaining delivery schedules, maintain pick-up assignments and provide administrative assistance to the sales department. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Responsibilities Answer phones and route phone calls appropriately Order Entry – communicate order deadlines, process orders, confirm delivery day/dates, follow up on unavailable products, compile paperwork for Load Team for orders to be pulled and loaded on delivery truck. Route Coordination – adjust routes as needed based on efficiency and customer availability, dispatch drivers/trucks, answer any phone calls from delivery driver and problem solve if needed. Accounts Receivable – set up new accounts based on needs from the Sales department, communicate pricing, invoice shipped orders, contact customers to resolve payments, record payments, maintain account accuracy, compile reports as needed. Customer Service – handle questions and complaints about delivery experience or product. Requirements and skills Proven work experience with Order Entry, Route Coordination, Customer Service or similar role Experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, Outlook Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines Basic math skills Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
