Salary : $85,000 - $135,000/year

About the Role
This individual will work with various departments and vendors to coordinate the work of other IT professionals. They will document instructions for end-users and communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project to execute and close efficiently. To be successful in this role, the IT Manager should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, and operative product within expected delivery time frames and budget. They will work with internal customers to develop new or custom features for software products and services.
Responsibilities
• Manage the IT software project list and schedule by working with management and developers to assure focus and completion of projects.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Direct and mentor the Software Development team
• Partner with the ERP Software Manager to align decisions and course of action to ensure the programs run efficiently and users have the information they need.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with various departments and third-party resources.
• Serve as a point of contact across teams to ensure they are working effectively together as well as identify resource contention.
• Provide sound technological recommendations that meet successful business criteria in terms of customer satisfaction, technical risk, and cost.
• Assess the organizations tools and systems to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement
• Perform business analysis. Ability to discern and articulate root needs and solutions.
• Interact with business decision makers.
• Fix, improve and extend existing code bases.
• Stay current and anticipate future technological trends and expectations
• Execute additional tasks as needed
Experience
• Requires BS degree or equivalent experience.
• General understanding of programming languages such as .net, .netcore, C#, html, CSS, Cold Fusion, Java Script
• 5 or more years’ experience in IT Management with at least 3 years managing IT projects.
• Abundant knowledge of modern software architecture and the software development life cycle.
• Strong technology expertise/mastery in multiple diverse areas: Microsoft Office Products (Project, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Word, Outlook), development environments such as Visual Studio, database technologies MS SQL Server, operating systems (Windows Server 11, Windows 10)
