Community Housing Partners Corporation (CHP) is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy:
• Competitive pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience plus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.
• Day Schedule with some nights or weekends: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an on-call schedule
• Great benefits that start after 30 days or less: 403B retirement plan up to 5%. The company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes. Holidays and sick leave.
