My Client is a growing, well-established Multi-disciplined Civil engineering firm seeking a Survey Project Manager to add to its talented staff. Qualified Candidates should have:
• Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) certification working toward PLS
• Ability to Perform all skills of a Survey Crew Chief and Cad Tech
• Proficiency in the project management of multiple types of surveys (Tree & Topographical Surveys, ALTS/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Plats, etc.)
• Ability to manage and assign tasks to CAD Technicians and Field Crews
• Ability to prepare a complete surveys for multiple project types in various jurisdictions with assistance from civil engineering staff
• Ability to review and comment on surveys, final plats, roadway and drainage as-builts, water and sewer as-builts
