We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee medication management, provide and procure psychotherapeutic interventions, facilitate the development, implementation and modification of individualized service plans, lead treatment team, and provide case management services.
This position is responsible for providing weekly individual and group counseling sessions and documentation, developing treatment plans and reporting progress regularly. In addition to providing crisis intervention as needed and serving as a clinical liaison to referral sources and family regarding resident progress and needs.
Education and Experience Required :
At least a master's degree in a human services field and two years of professional experience working with children, one of which must have been in a residential facility for children. Must be a licensed mental health professional type (LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-S, or LMHP-RP) in the state of Virginia and a certified sex offender treatment provider (CSOTP) or under CSOTP supervision. Bilingual individuals are preferred (English and Spanish).
