Full job description
```Duties```
- Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles to specified locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, utilizing a flatbed or other towing equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
