A government organization in Greenville, SC is seeking an HR Training and Development Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a full-time, onsite schedule. Responsibilities: - Support CHRO - Administer the online learning management system (LMS) - Manage the implementation of organizational training on a variety of compliance, leadership, management, and supervisory topics - Consult organizational leaders on development and training initiatives - Manage mentorship program - Review, research, and update policies within the Employee Handbook - Update relevant content on the organization's website - Research and produce a wide range of analytical reports and presentations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - SHRM certification preferred - 4+ years of HR experience required - Proven ability to train on HR policies and procedures Compensation and Benefits: - $30 - $35 hourly - Great benefits once hired
