Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
• Assist and support Women's Basketball ticket manager
• With the support of Women's Basketball ticket manager, build and implement Women's Basketball season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation.
• Provide game day support for women's basketball, and lead students/part time workers in exemplary customer service

• Serve as customer service lead for GA tickets and inbound line
• Assist and help train student workers to provide front line service and help with day-to-day questions they may have
• Process ticket requests, allotment requests, and ticket renewal forms from internal departments

• Assist Baseball, Football, Gymnastics and Men's Basketball ticket managers with game day issues when needed.
• Serve as scanner and pedestal liaison for football game day
• Assist student workers with front line service on game day
