It’s time to look at Taylor!Your Opportunity: Label Works, a Taylor Company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team!Your Shift:4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday​​Your Responsibilities:Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.You Must Have:Mechanical ability and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished productWillingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed​Requirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)​We Would Also Prefer:High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or production experienceAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
