We are seeking a highly professional and organized individual to join the team at our client's office in Asheville as the Director of First Impressions/Office Manager. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Direct Hire position, fully on-site. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Gain a thorough understanding of company's products and services to assist clients and other guests - Manage the company's calendar, order lunches, and coordinate travel as needed - Keep marketing materials updated and stocked - Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness - Handle accounts payables using QuickBooks or similar software - Perform miscellaneous admin tasks such as data entry and filing Qualifications: - 3-5 years in an office administrative role - Sharp professionalism with good interpersonal skills and confidence to converse with clients - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Compensation: - $55,000-65,000 salary - Health, dental, and vision benefits - HSA - PTO
