Position: English Adjunct Instructor
Location: All Campuses
Department: Division of General Education, Online Learning, & Dual Enrollment
Reports to: Divisional Academic Dean
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. No State of Georgia benefits.

Minimum Qualifications: • Master’s degree with 18 semester hours in English. A master’s degree and / or graduate hours in teaching or education does not meet SACSCOC accreditation requirements.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Willingness to teach at all Athens Technical College locations.
• Willingness to teach Athens Technical College courses on area high school and career academy campuses.
• Willingness to teach using all college approved methods (Ex. face-to-face, online, audio / video, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
• Experience with online teaching platforms; Blackboard preferred.
