POSITION:
Open positions in preschool and infant/toddler classrooms
LOCATION:
Head Start/ Early Head Start
700 Jupiter Ave, Salina KS
TERM:
40hrs/week
School Year positions work 7:30a - 4:00p (with a 30 minute lunch break)
Full Year positions work 7:30a - 4:30a (with an hour lunch break)
PAY STARTING AT:
$15.71/hr (require: high school diploma/no experience)
$16.69/hr (must have CDA credential)
$17.70/hr (must have AA Degree in Early Childhood)
Pay increase AND $500 pay incentive after obtaining CDA.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a related degree required. Must obtain the CDA during employment, therefore we will train the right person! Experience working in a preschool classroom and/or childcare center is preferred, but most of all you must enjoy working with young children!
DUTIES:
Duties include assisting young children with various activities and providing direction and guidance in a learning based environment.
