Job Summary
Full-Time position available with the potential to fulfill a management role, roughly 34-38 hours/week. Farmhouse Kitchen offers a fun and stimulating work environment alongside other passionate team members dedicated to serving others local farm to table meals! The Farmhouse Kitchen supports its employees with a focus on providing career opportunities and continued growth. Hours offered will be flexible, and hourly wage is determined by experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
*Greeting customers and constant engagement to build rapport
*POS lead in taking orders accurately and directing counter service
*Making both espresso based drinks and brewed coffee/tea
*Prepping fruits and vegetables for juicing
*Blending smoothies
*Serving & Bussing tables
*Cleaning responsibilities at end of day
Qualifications and Skills
*Experience required
*Displays a sense of urgency and can handle the fast-paced daily operations of a cafe
*Has a personable, approachable, enthusiastic, and positive personality
* Goes above and beyond with service and teamwork
*Is organized, detail oriented, accurate, and productive
*Has excellent communication and listening skills
*Embraces initiative and is self-directed through a common purpose
Benefits
All tips earned are split between staff members based on hours worked with an ability to increase hourly wage by an average of $2.00/hour. The owner never receives any tip money.
Other Incentives :Free healthy meals & drinks during shifts. 20% employee discount when not working.
