PrideStaff Greenville is seeking a dependable & experienced General Labor Restoration Associate on behalf of our client.
We are searching for a reliable General Labor Restoration Associate that is able to travel and skilled with hand tools. This position will be traveling about 40 weeks per year both regionally and nationally. Most work with be performed at night.
Job summary: This General Labor Restoration Associate will perform basic construction assistant. Communicate with the crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed.
General Labor Restoration Responsibilities:
• Remove, construct, and restore areas to fresh and new look
• Read blueprints, measure, and build as needed
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain, organize, and clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site
General Labor Restoration Qualifications:
• Able to travel around 40 weeks per year
• Ability to use hand & power tools to build & construct
• Ability to ready blueprints and measure
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Effective oral communication
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
• Possess a valid drivers license
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 Per Year Employment Type: OTHER
