School-Based 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for7th Grade Student - Contract Position for 2023-2024 School Year

As a contracted W2 employee, you will play a major role in providing essential behavioral support to students in the Cincinnati, OH area. Compensation:
• W2 Employee working with ProCare Therapy
• Pay is at $25+/hr
• ReceiveWeekly Paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
Requirements:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders preferred.
