Hours: Monday-Friday (8a-1p)
JOB SUMMARY:
The team member is responsible for performing all duties, including but not limited to prepping and stocking micro market, hot food line, and/or sandwich/salad station, following all recipes as provided by the café, and assisting in other kitchen areas such as restocking and cleaning. Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety and/or quality concerns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned .
• Prep and stock micro market daily.
• Rotate items according to dates following product guidelines.
• Maintain food case s with regards to product and rotation.
• Put away product orders that are delivered.
• Maintain beverage areas with beverages and supplies.
• Produce various food products following recipe book provided by café.
• Follow prep list and maintain pars of on hand products.
• Assist kitchen in areas as needed, such as restocking and cleanliness.
• Serve TMs on hot line, grill and/or sandwich/salad stations.
• Properly use and clean all equipment within the kitchen.
• Complete monthly training as dictated by company policies.
• Ability to operate register or dishwashing station as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position.
• No formal education is required .
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to speak English and/ or Spanis h , read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization .
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Understanding personal computer applications and tools.
FOOD SAFETY:
Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns .

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Strong attention to detail
• Required to wear all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the production floor and required by the company .
• When necessary, willing to work in department(s) outside of your own to meet order requirements in similar or less manual intensive positions.
• If necessary , w ork overtime and Saturdays to meet company requirements.
