What your future day will look like:
* Approve wires
* Deposit all checks via check scanner
* Create and maintain chart of accounts
* Balance client ledgers
* Balance settlement accounts
* Research check and wire inquiries
* Record daily financial transactions
* Create reports and financial statements
* Review online banking to see if checks have a cleared status before stop payment placed
* Track and disperse deposits
* Transfer funds from operations bank account to E-file or trust account as necessary for recordings or shortages
* Track negative and positive balances report and reconcile
* Manage monthly reconciliations
* Partner with Controller/Accountant and cross train in responsibilities
* Hours are 8:30-5:30 or 6:00p

Additional Information
To be a champion in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of accounting experience * QuickBooks proficiency * Strong math skills and detail orientation * Clean personal credit * Must be able to work after 5:30 pm on occasion
