Sales Associate
About us :
-we are a German imports store and manufacture, family owned for 65 years.
-located in the heart of Oley, pa
-we are looking for part time employees during our busy season July-November
-training start date as soon as march
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong technical sales abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to upsell and provide exceptional retail sales service
- Outstanding customer service skills
